Anders has worked for over 17 years in the bar industry and almost four years ago, the drinks lab was born after a long period of creative producing in the Pharmarium bar. The first product that still is available in the range is a very popular one – The Enhanced Tonic Syrup – flavoured with camomile, vanilla and aloê vera.
The fundamental idea is to promote and to offer premium alternatives in the existing segment in non-alcoholic beverages, both in restaurants and in shops. It should taste good and feel luxurious to drink non-alcoholic alternatives.
The latest addition in store consists of a series of Cordials rooted in unique local flavor-combinations with a slightly lower sugar-content. They go very well with sparkling wine – mix it 1 + 2 – serve over ice in wine glasses.
Perfect in spritzes and Highballs and can also be mixed in bubbly mineral water for non-alcoholic varieties.
These are adult, complex flavors made from real fruit, accompanied by a balanced acidity that makes it lift and is also excellent together with a meal.

Peach and Neroli
A natural Cordial made from fresh peaches and orange blossom water. Juicy freshness meets floral Neroli.
Bergamot and Musk grass
A natural Cordial made from bergamot and dried musk grass. Zesty bergamot is matched with an aromatic and harmonious shade of musk grass.
Rhubarb and Lavender
A natural Cordial made from real rhubarb and dried lavender flowers. Fresh and sour rhubarb is combined with a mild tone of lavender.
Non alcoholic Bitter Apértif
Sweden’s first non-alcoholic Bitter of its kind. 500 ml. of bittersweet tones.
Here, berries have been matched with herbs, bark, pepper and Swedish Verjus. The result is a lively and juicy bitter that goes well with No & Lo-drinks; i.e. drinks with less or completely without alcohol. The purpose is to be able to enjoy a good drink when “I do not drink” or when you want to “drink moderately”. It goes excellent with snacks, as an apéritif, in drinks and as a spritz, with or without alcohol.
The recipe gravitates around fresh raspberries, red currants and zesty grapefruit that interact with, amongst other things, wild pepper, wormwood, gentian and verjus.
Enhanced Tonic Syrup 500ml
Enhanced Tonic Syrup is flavored with natural herbs and botanicals (plants) for a true tonic experience. Enjoy it with cold mineralwater and ice in your favorite glass.

Verjus, made from apples and grapes picked before their sugar ripening. This gives it a higher acidity and a fresh structure. Verjus is perfect together with dinner, in drinks, in lemonades and as a fruity vinaigrette base.
Psst! The Verjus usually lasts much longer than what has to be written on the label. Just keep it well cooled and it will last a very long time.
Verjus 100& Apple
Perfect in your drink or together with dinner.
This Verjus is made from Swedish organic apples from farms around Skaraborg. The apples have been picked before sugar ripening and therefore have a lower sugar content and higher acidity. Perfect a a non-alcoholic alternative to food, in lemonades, in drinks or as a fruity vinaigrette base.
Verjus 100% Riesling
Perfect in your drink or together with dinner.
This Verjus is made from biodynamic Riesling grapes from Niederkirchen in the German Pfalz.
The grapes have been picked before their sugar ripening and therefore have a slightly lower sugar content and higher acidity.
The Verjus has matured on the skin giving it a nice extra depth and body which makes it perfect as a non-alcoholic alternative with dinner.
Ingredients: Grapes (Riesling)
Perfect as a substitute for lemon juice!
This Verjus is made from organic apples biodynamic Riesling grapes from Niederkirchen in the German Pfalz.
Both have been picked before their sugar ripening and therefore have a slightly lower sugar content and higher acidity. The Riesling grapes have matured on the skin for extra depth and body.
To raise the acidity another level, we have added lactic acid and ended up with PH 3 – a little milder than a lemon. Then, salt and Bourbon vanilla have been added to create an extra flavour dimension of fruitiness from the apples and grapes. Use the Verjus for drinks, in lemonades or as a vinaigrette base.
Ingredients: Apple, grape (Riesling), acidity regulators – Lactic acid E270, bourbon vanilla, salt
This verjus is made from biodynamically grown grapes and pure maple syrup.
The grapes (Ugni blanc, Sauvognon Blanc, Sémillon) come from Dordogne in south western France, outside of Bordeaux and are picked early before they reach full maturation. The result is therefor lower sugar contents and higher acidity. To balance the high acidity a sublte amount of pure maple syrup.
What you get here then is a pleasantly sour verjus with a light, malty sweetness and a touch of caramell. Use in cocktails, lemonades or as a vinaigrette base
Psst! Mix it 1 +1 with water and carbonate in a Sodastream for a lovely ”Maple Verjus Soda” or as a powerful tool for cocktails.
